Why Haven’t I Received My Activation Email?

Your activation e-mail will usually arrive within a minute of successful registration. However there are sometimes delays when sending e-mail, so if it doesn’t arrive immediately please give it a few minutes.

There’s also a chance that your mail server of mail software will classify the message as spam, so please make sure you check your spam folder just in case.

If the message hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes, please contact us, giving us the e-mail address with which you registered, and we’ll sort things out for you.
