What If I Run Out Of Storage Room?
If you run out of storage room then you won’t be able to store any more files or reports on the Reportal system until some space is cleared. Users who try to send a report using the mobile app will receive a warning message explaining that the report could not be sent and they will be given the option to save the report to their device. Once storage space becomes available again, they’ll be able to send these postponed reports.
There are two ways to get storage space: either upgrade to a subscription plan that offers more space or remove sent reports and/or files to clear some of the existing storage. You can always keep track of the current usage in the admin portal on the Dashboard and Files pages.
