How Do I Start Or Renew My Subscription?

Once your trial period has expired, you’ll need to create a subscription in order to continue using Reportal. To do so, login to the admin portal, click on your profile icon in the top-right of the page and click “My account”. Here you’ll be able to create your subscription and then manage it afterwards.

You don’t need to worry about renewing your subscription; once you’ve created it, it’ll automatically renew every month until you cancel it. There may of course be problems with your payment, and in those cases our payment processor Stripe will notify us, and we’ll then notify you.
