Simply add and optionally categorise a file in the admin portal and the file will automatically appear in the mobile app whenever the app is opened and the device has an Internet connection.

Files may not immediately appear in the app if the app is open while the files are added in the admin portal. In this case, the easiest way to view the files is to pull-down to refresh the files tab within the app. Any changes should then be seen within the app.
