How Do I Assign a Form To a Team?

Before you can save your form, you first need to assign it to a team, this process is very simple. At the top of the form you will see the form’s title on the left and the save button to the right. Below the title there is a dropdown labelled “Assigned Teams”. Simply click the dropdown and select the teams that you want the form to be assigned to and voila!
