I Can’t Log Into The App – What Should I Do?

Logging into the mobile application should be exactly the same as logging into the admin portal. If you are unable to log in, first of all make sure that your e-mail address and password are being entered correctly; they are both case-sensitive so for example “paSSworD” is not the same as “password”.

If you’re still having trouble, please note down any error messages you are seeing or take a screen-shot showing any errors, then contact us with your login e-mail address and we’ll try our best to sort things out for you.
