I’ve Installed The App, But How Do I Log In?

After installing the app and opening it on your device, you should be presented with the login page. Here you’ll be asked for your e-mail address and password.

As a user of the app, your account will have been created for you by the organisation’s owner and they should have contacted you separately to explain what details you need to use to log in, so if you do not have these details then please contact the organisation owner to obtain them.

If you have the e-mail address but do not know the password then you can either ask the organisation owner to change it for you, or you can tap the “Forgotten Password?” link. If you choose the latter, then you can enter your e-mail address and instructions on resetting your password will be e-mailed to you.

Once you have the correct e-mail address and password, simply enter them and click “Login”. If all goes well you should see the app’s main page. If not then you will see an error; in this case please check the details carefully and contact the organisation’s owner if you have any trouble.
