How Do I Change My Password?

Changing the password associated with your account in Reportal is simple. First, navigate to the account page. This can be done so by clicking the user icon in the top right corner and selecting it from the dropdown. Once there, you will see information about your profile in the top section. To change your password, simply click the update password button located in the bottom right corner of this section. On doing so, a popup will appear that will allow you to edit your password.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can use the “Forgotten Password?” link on the login page. Clicking this will open a popup where you can enter your e-mail address. As long as the e-mail address is correct, further instructions on how to reset your password will then be e-mailed to that address.
