How Do I Add Photos, Videos, Audio, Sub-Reports, Input fields and Location Data To a Form?
With ease! When editing a form within Reportal, you will first be given the option to add a container. Each container will allow you to better structure the data laid out within the app. Once a container has been created, you will have the option to add a component. Once clicked a popup will appear with a series of options, these include:
Input fields
Define standard text inputs such as numbers, plain text, dropdowns, email inputs and date inputs.
Image / Audio / Video Capture
Allow staff to attach multimedia files to the report.
Location
Allow staff to capture their location either automatically or manually and attach it to the report.
Sub reports
Allow staff to attach optional reports to the main report, these are defined within the Sub-Report section of the builder page.
Once a component has been selected, you will have the chance to configure its settings. Once finished, the field will be added to the container and can be moved, deleted or edited at any time.
